  No doubt by FAR the best raw kale salad I have ever had!! I was surprised at how much the kale softened and the texture changed a bit, I can almost describe it as being in between raw and cooked lol! Anyway, if anyone is scared of kale, try it this way...delicious!! Gave this recipe a much deserved picture :)
